ATHENA:
The Ultimate Financial Analysis
Automation Platform ATHENA is a generic purpose
analytic engine driven by metadata. Its highly layered and pluggable architecture
has enabled it to integrate with any data source for analysis and post actions.
Innovative design of ATHENA has hid the complexity due to generic architecture smartly
by introducing the concept of bot driven work flow. ATHENA bots are good to be used
for the tasks which have predefined sequential steps to perform. We humans are creative beings,
so, often we get in dilemma to select one way to do things out of multiple options we can think.
We have often no clarity of possible results for available options. Time is often
limited resource for trial and error. Here, ATHENA bots solve the problem. Map hundreds
of your ideas with one bot each and run them on the platform concurrently and get
the results in fixed time. Further use our Bot Data Analyser tool to conclude the
result.

Example Scenario
Let us assume you have a hypothesis:
If a stock opens up with a ‘X’ % of gap up then it rises all the day
or at least goes up to further ‘Y’ %. Further assume, your estimation for value
of ‘X’ is 2 and ‘Y’ is 3. In reality optimum value for ‘ X’ could be 1.5 or 2.5.
Similarly optimum value for ‘Y’ could be something else. Optimum value for ‘X’ and
‘Y’ could also vary from stock to stock. ATHENA solves the problem by
devising bots with different enumerated values of ‘X’ and ‘Y’. User can take value
for X from 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, …, 2.9 and so for ‘Y’. Run all these bots on platform
for your chosen set of stocks (say Nifty 50 or BSE200) for couple of days and use
our Bot Data Analyser for correlation analysis to find the optimum value of ‘X’
and ‘Y’ in general and specific to stocks. Observe which set of stocks respond better
to the hypothesis. Best part is you can feed this information to ATHENA platform
to do the automated trading in future.
